Bringing international talent to Sweden is one thing. Getting them fully established and ready to deliver from day one is another. That is why on May 21st, 2026 we hosted our first breakfast seminar at the Eatery in Kuben (Lund), helping participants cut through the complexity: expert tax, Swedish authorities, onboarding, and everything in between.
Over a good morning meal, we had engaging conversations around migration requirements, visa timelines, tax regulations, and the smoother onboarding process for international consultants working or coming to work in Sweden. The kind of topics that sound dry on paper but spark real discussions when the right people are in the room.
In a world increasingly shaped by AI and digital everything, there was something genuinely refreshing about like-minded professionals gathering together to share real experiences during a real breakfast.
Our partners left with positive impressions, new contacts, a concrete checklist and practical insights to use straight away. It confirmed something we already believed – there is a real interest in this kind of knowledge shared in a relaxed, in-person setting.
This was just the beginning. We are already thinking about what comes next, possibly in a new format, and we look forward to welcoming more of you along the way.
