Two more onboarding managers just joined us!

July is known to be a fruitful month for a reason – it brought two outstanding professionals to our team. Elise Ahlbertz and Oscar Andersson recently started with us as Onboarding Managers, already applying their knowledge, enthusiasm and skills in helping our consultants transition to new life and work in Sweden, as well as in building relationships with incoming and existing partners.

By bringing to the table their unique experience and qualities, both of them became valuable assets to our Onboarding department.

Elise has a solid background in talent coordination, client relations and operational management. At Eccoci, she quickly became the go-to person for our consultants and specialists, making sure everyone has the support they need. Her ability to keep things clear, structured and approachable is something our team and consultants already appreciate greatly.

Oscar adds his expertise in process improvement, technical support and strategic planning to our growing team. His genuine interest in digital systems and technical environments gives him a natural edge when working with consultants that we support. That curiosity combined with a solution-oriented approach to work makes him a great fit for the fast-moving environment we operate in.

Together, they bring a well-rounded mix of skills that strengthens our ability to deliver a smoother, more personalised experience for every consultant who joins us.
