Founder & President

Henri is a dynamic and results-oriented leader who provides strategic direction, oversees operations, and drives growth and profitability through continuous improvement. Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, he is passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to customers.


Throughout his career, Henri has held various executive positions across different industries and companies. Thanks to his exceptional people skills combined with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals, he has earned the reputation of a trusted and respected leader.


Besides impressive professional achievements, Henri is a family-oriented man who also volunteers his time and resources to various charity organizations, to give back to the community and make a positive social impact.

Christian Schanner

Executive Officer

Christian is a highly motivated, energetic business leader and a top performer who propels day-to day operations and business growth, introducing innovation and focusing on excellence. His exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills make him a catalyst for success, constantly seeking out new opportunities and solutions for Eccoci.


Combining strong legal expertise with solid business acumen, Christian has a background of an accomplished entrepreneur who has held multiple elected and board positions, where he gained valuable experience and developed a strong network in the Swedish business community.


Despite his busy schedule, Christian always makes time for his family and values their support and companionship. Through his social and business projects, he has created jobs for people with special needs. He extensively engages in volunteering and community service, by that making a difference on individual and social level.

Galyna Daniel

Head of Business Integrity

Galyna combines extensive expertise in business administration and marketing with a firm commitment to corporate ethics. In her role as Head of Business Integrity, she oversees the protection of the company’s reputation and operational safety.

Drawing on her entrepreneurial background, Galyna leads our efforts in security and cyber safety. She views integrity as more than just policy; it is about building a secure environment for consultants and clients alike. She is a dedicated problem solver who ensures the company grows sustainably while maintaining high standards of trust.

Galyna’s free time is balanced between taking care of her family, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and serving as a volunteer for various projects by local and global non-profit organizations.

Vickie Lindgren

Consultancy Manager

With several years of experience in recruitment and client relations, Vickie brings a strong understanding of what it takes to match the right talent with the right opportunity. Her approach is grounded in trust, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality — ensuring both clients and candidates feel valued throughout every step of the process.


Known for her “get things done” attitude, she thrives in dynamic B2B environments where collaboration and accountability drive success. At Eccoci, she continues to build strong partnerships, deliver seamless onboarding experiences, and contributes to a culture where people and performance go hand in hand.



Jessica Nordqvist

Consultancy Manager

Jessica has joined Eccoci as a Consultancy Manager, where she plays a key role in onboarding international consultants and helping them get settled and ready to work in Sweden. She also serves as a main point of contact for many of Eccoci’s clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong collaboration throughout each assignment.

With several years of experience in the consulting industry, Jessica has worked with consultants across a variety of sectors and competence areas. Her background in sales, recruitment, and consultant management has given her a solid understanding of the full consultancy cycle and her broad experience and people-focused approach make her a strong partner for both clients and consultants.

In her time off work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts with her children, staying active through exercise, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Jaquelinn Gustafsson

Payroll & Finance Manager

With a passion for precision, structure, and smart financial planning, Jaquelinn has become a key agent in providing cutting-edge payroll and tax solutions to our consultants and clients. With hands-on experience in payroll administration, budgeting, and compliance, she helps Eccoci run smoothly behind the scenes. Combining a winning mindset with meticulous attention to detail, she is skilled in utilizing the most advanced payroll management tools, ensuring that our services are delivered on time and in accordance with all requirements.

By blending her solid financial background with the sound knowledge of the lates technologies, Jaquelinn always looks for ways to improve systems and workflows. She is solution-oriented and, whether working with numbers or people, brings clarity, consistency, and a calm approach to every challenge. Being collaborative and focusing on high individual and organizational performance makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Sarah Fritz

Head of Finance

With a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and financial control, Sarah leads Eccoci’s finance function with clarity and consistency. As Head of Finance, she is responsible for payroll oversight, financial planning, and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations. Her work provides the financial stability and predictability that both consultants and clients rely on.

Sarah combines solid financial expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to systems and processes. She continuously works to strengthen routines, improve workflows, and ensure that payroll and financial operations run efficiently and on time. Tove Eriksson

Payroll & Finance Specialist

With a strong attention to detail and a structured approach to her work, Tove is an essential part of Eccoci’s payroll and finance operations. She works closely with payroll administration, reporting, and compliance, helping ensure that salaries and financial processes are handled accurately and in line with requirements.
