As an EOR (Employer-of-Record), Eccoci employ consultants for the duration of their contracts, with possible extension. Typically, we don’t take on consultants for a one-time billing instance. 

Yes. Every consultant can choose a set of benefits based on their present professional and personal situation, and we will include them in a contract accordingly.
